Question:Tutorial not working on app. Anyone have a solution? It wants to load then it switches back. Scooter can only go 9mph, it’s annoying. Help!?

Answer:Hello,there is something wrong with our APP before.It is now solved,you can re-enter the APP and you can finish the tutorial and unlock speed limit.

Question:can you use this without the phone app?

Answer:Hi, just need to activate the KQi3 electric scooter and unlock the limited speed by the phone app at the first time.

Question:I really liked it at first but could only go 15 mph. after downloading the app, now i can only go 9mph. how do i get it to go 20mph?

Answer:Consider the safety of the first ride, please bind the NIU e-scooter to the app and finish the tutorial video firstly, and you need to ride it for a while (about 500 meters or 0.4 miles) to unlock the max speed, or it will stay at a top 15mph limited speed.

Question:How is it riding in the rain?

Answer:As a seller, we do not recommend avoiding riding in the rain. Braking distance will be extended in wet weather, please drive carefully.

The KQi3 electric scooter's main body is IP54 waterproof, the batteries and controller are IPX7 waterproof, can support a short-term drive in the light rain, please notice you need to wear the helmet and protector when you drive.

Question:Can you turn off the LED light?

Answer:No the light is aways on. You can make brighter turning the light in the middle on
